We are distillers manufacturers, located at the foot of the Sierra de Amula, at the Hacienda de El Mesón in Colotitlán, Jalisco.

Approximately 2 hours from the City of Guadalajara.

Our Raicilla is a drink that dates back to colonial times, with a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation,

following the artisan steps of jima, collection, cooking and double distillation,

in combination with current quality and hygiene standards required by  the corresponding authorities,

as well as the Mexican Raicilla Promoting Council of which we are active members.
